Reports To: Manager – Warehouse and Logistics

Purpose:

– To ensure the efficient and effective transfer of approved products to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.

Roles, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

– Responsible and accountable for enhancing the approved stakeholder experience through accurate, prompt, and courteous delivery service.

– Ensure that final checkouts are accurate against documentation to facilitate timely dispatch.

– Responsible for documentation reconciliation (including receipt of cash) collection, and verification along the entire delivery and pickup process loops.

– Document and communicate threats (perceived/otherwise) or process variances to supervisor/manager.

– Responsible and accountable for the accurate and timely completion and submission of pre- and post-delivery equipment and motor vehicle checklist.

– Responsible and accountable for effective and courteous customer/client interactions, whether in person or over the phone, to enhance the customer/client experience.

– Responsible for the secure parking of company vehicles to avoid theft, ticketing, or damage where reasonably practicable.

– Adhere to all procedures, policies, and Management System (MS) guidelines.

– Remain fluent and up to date on the approved products and service lines of the organization as reasonably practicable.

– Execute all additional duties assigned by management to further the job description.
